About these terms

This website is operated by Nila Nadhi. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The final amount, including shipping and any coupon, is shown before you pay.
• An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. We may cancel an order — and refund it in full — if an item turns out to be unavailable or a listing error is found.
• Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look different on different screens.
• Coupons may carry conditions (such as first-order only) and can be withdrawn.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale or placing orders with false details. Photos, text and designs on this site belong to Nila Nadhi or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
