What we collect, and why

• Orders: name, email, phone and delivery address — used only to take payment, deliver your order, send updates and handle returns and support.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Newsletter (optional): your email, only if you sign up. Unsubscribe any time.
• Browsing: anonymous counts of views and searches, using a random ID that is not linked to you or your orders. No advertising or cross-site tracking.

Sharing and retention

We don't sell your data. We share it only with services that help run the store (payments, email, hosting, delivery), and when the law requires. We keep order records as long as tax and legal rules require, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights and grievances

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Email owner@example.com from the address you used with us. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This store is for adults; we don't knowingly collect data from children. Nila Nadhi.
